What Des Moines Needs

1. People living downtown; not just single people enjoying the bar scene, but families as well.
2. Attractive Stores: Niketown, Apple, Cheesecake Factory, Brio, Borders, Kohls
3. Retail on the street level. To many skywalks where visitors (customers) never see or know how to get on the skywalk...
4. Entertainment downtown - skate park
5. Where o where is that Principal Riverwalk?
6. Redevelopment of little used buildings - old Convention Center, Capital Square
7. Movie theaters, family restaurants
8. End of Walnut Street Transit (Transient?) Mall. 10 buses at a time on one street will drive away any visitors.
